Masoud Bokaie has more than 30 years of structural engineering experience. Many within the building industry recognize him as a visionary leader, instrumental in bringing cold-formed steel solutions and other emerging technologies to the building industry.
He believes in forging strong relationships through excellent service and communication, providing innovation, and cost effective solutions for clients on a variety of project types. To help offset rising construction costs, Masoud developed CPR, a new program covering all disciplines. CPR stands for Client assist, Project review, Reduce costs.
Masoud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, New Jersey and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from California State Long Beach, CA. He is a registered structural engineer in the states of California, Arizona and Nevada.
George Richards is a technical strategist who has been analyzing and formulating building solutions for 35 years. His expertise lies in research, and development of construction methodologies and techniques. George has been responsible for more than a thousand engineering projects, both in the United States and internationally.
He brings a unique approach and vision to the industry, always focused on the most practical and cost efficient solutions. Clients have benefited from George’s understanding of the manufacturing process which has led to the incorporation of more efficient production and products for the housing industry.
George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a registered engineer in the state of California and has served on many committees that have written and published building codes.
