BORM’s construction operations group works in close conjunction with contractors and project managers, communicating effectively throughout the construction phase. Our goal is to ensure that the construction is in general conformance with design documents, applicable codes and industry standards.

We have the experience needed to anticipate potential construction problems, delays, and contractual conflicts, enabling us to effectively support our clients throughout construction as well as the start-up and operational phase. We focus on eliminating cost over-runs, minimizing  construction delays and reducing overall construction costs.
